With more than 25 years of experience as a residential Landscape Designer in Hampton Roads Virginia and Naples Florida and a wealth of knowledge from her designations as a Landscape Specialist (The George Washington University)  and Real Estate experience,  Tami has a rare gift for spotting the details and aura that make spaces truly special. Her journey began as a floral designer in Williamsburg Virginia where she discovered her passion for working with flowers, plants and nature.

In May 2014, Tami relocated to Naples, Florida, and her career took a new direction. She quickly became a multi-million dollar Realtor, combining her love for homes, architecture, and curb appeal. As a certified negotiator, home stager, and curb appeal specialist, Tami’s mission is to help homeowners achieve their dreams by creating a sense of “Home”.

Using her extensive horticultural knowledge and her natural “designer’s eye, “ Tami has transformed countless projects from conception to stunning living spaces that engage the senses. Whether it’s a large gated estate, an upscale shopping center, a small butterfly garden, or preparing homes for the market, Tami brings every space into harmonic balance.

Now, she offers her expertise as an on-camera content creator, upselling strategist, and year-round visitor promoter for non-competing garden centers in zones 4-10.  Her goal is to foster a love of gardening among visitors, boost foot traffic, and increase revenue for garden centers by encouraging year-round visits.

Collaborating closely with marketing teams and buyers, Tami creates engaging segments that inspire consumers to embark on their own home and garden projects.  Her approach is rooted in clear communication, a deep understanding of people’s needs and a passion for transforming houses into homes.  Tami encourages everyone to flex their green thumbs and explore their creativity, guiding them every step of the way.
